SmartyColours is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify the app or its content without written permission.
All content, artwork, and software in SmartyColours is the property of Scruffy Hipster Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Some features of the app may require payment via in-app purchases. These are handled securely by the Apple App Store. We do not handle or store payment information.
All purchases are final. If you experience an issue, please contact us or Apple Support directly.

SmartyColours is designed for children, but must be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
